Daywalkers
I think my sleeping habits have slowly creeped towards a true nocturnal lifestyle. I find myself for the last 2 weeks going to sleep at 3, 4, 5, and even 6 am. I wake up at about 10 or 11 and once in a while at 8. I am slowly eating away at my sleep base. My body doesn't want to sleep at 12 or 1. There is too much to do. Too much to watch.

I don't live the night's only lifestyle where I can sleep all day. I don't care too much for the sun shining in my place. I often cover my face with my pillow. And the noise is worse during the day. A lot more ambulance sirens in the day and honking horns.

I need to make a change.
