Daywalkers
I think my sleeping habits have slowly creeped towards a true nocturnal lifestyle. I find myself for the last 2 weeks going to sleep at 3, 4, 5, and even 6 am. I wake up at about 10 or 11 and once in a while at 8. I am slowly eating away at my sleep base. My body doesn't want to sleep at 12 or 1. There is too much to do. Too much to watch.I don't live the night's only lifestyle where I can sleep all day. I don't care too much for the sun shining in my place. I often cover my face with my pillow. And the noise is worse during the day. A lot more ambulance sirens in the day and honking horns.
I need to make a change.
