Not much happened today, just worked and played some basketball afterwards. My legs are really sore. My shooting stroke is getting a lot better. I can tell I'm getting stronger. Shooting well, really depends on my mental state. I'm feeling better, I get these feelings sometimes. I'm not overwhelmed but I get sad, perhaps lonely is the word. I guess I long for meaningful relationships and it seems like it is so far away.
