The tape test measures your neck and waist for males. My problem is that I am 5 lbs over their standard for weight on my height and as far as the tape my neck was actually described as unsually small.

Most people I hear don't always pass the weight but can get by with the tape.

Somehow this tape test which is the only test they will give really just doesn't properly gauge my body fat.

I just want to get over this.
