During training today i felt like throwing up and my head was spinning. I have never passed out, but i sure felt like it today. It's amazing how things looks easy to do when you are watching , but how much harder they are actually doing it. That is just one of lifes trueisms(sp?) I guess.

Getting up at 5:30 is also getting old.

Overall though, I worry that i may be in need of an attitude change.
