I sunbathed for about an hour. Followed by a very nice and relaxing swim. Actually I think my headaches have been coming from this back pain I've been getting. Swimming actually allowed me to stretch out and allow my body to loosen up some. My head feels so much clearer. I also treated myself to a Jamba Juice afterward.

Now I have to get ready for work.
